Mail-In  Order  Procedure

Select the items you wish to order by pressing the "Add to cart" button.  Press the "Checkout" button in the upper right of the page.  Then Press the "Checkout" button shown under the Subtotal.
  1. Fill in the "Ship To"  information  &  select a "Shipping Method". 
  2. Press the "Next" button.
  3. Under "Bill To" check the box that says "Same as Ship To".
  4. Press "Update" at the bottom of the page (this fills in the name & address).
  5. Print the form (Press  Ctrl  P  on your keyboard).
  6. Mail in the form with your payment (see below).
We can accept payment in the form of a Money Order, Cashiers Check or Personal Check. Payments made by Money Order and Cashiers Check will ship the same day/next day they are received.  Personal Checks Will Be Held For 12-14 Business Days Before Shipping.
